1. How can I join Love and Sprinkles?

Become a Wholesaler. Memberships are FREE. Simply fill out the application under the sign-up link and submit documents that verify your business to info@loveandsprinklesfashion.com, such as a business license or seller permit.  Approximately after 1 to 2 business days, we will confirm your membership and you will have full access to shopping the latest collections. We will send you additional instructions how to create an account and get started! 

2. I just placed my first order, now what? 

At Love and Sprinkles we want to make the process of ordering as seamless as possible. After you place your order and secure with a deposit, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. We will reach out to you to schedule time to personally meet with you via Zoom to discuss and walk you through your order. We will make sure all is confirmed and made to your expectations. Once the initial call is done then we will continue to update you on the status of your order. Once the order has left the factory and in route to the USA, we will reach out to you to coordinate shipping and delivery. 

3. Why do you verify my information before allowing membership?

Love and Sprinkles is a wholesale custom order shopping experience, and not open to the general public.
The verification process is for the protection of our wholesalers, to ensure that all merchandise is purchased as wholesale for resale only.

4. Is my personal information safe and secure?

At Love and Sprinkles, we value your privacy and the security of your personal information. We will never share your information with others. Our servers and network are protected by the latest security systems, and firewalls are always in place to safeguard your personal and confidential information.

5. I have a question about my order or would like to check the status of my order.

Please email info@loveandsprinklesfashion.com and we will respond to you with any inquiries you may have.

6. How long does the entire ordering process take?

At Love and Sprinkles we are custom making each order individually for you! So, once you place your order and initial deposit, we get started on the magic of making your items come to life. We take no shortcuts and make sure to deliver the highest quality product possible. Orders may take 15-20 weeks to complete from date of order confirmation to delivery. We will send you updates throughout the process and can work with you on expedited shipping options if needed.

7. What is your return policy?

All non-defective returns must be returned within 5 days of the date your order is delivered. A 30% re-stocking fee will be charged. All holiday items and sales items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return. If your return is postmarked after our 5-day return period, the package will be mailed back to you.  

  • All defective items must be returned to us within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • All return items must be unworn, unwashed and must be in the original package condition.
  • For all returns, please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid.

8. Can I cancel my order?

 Because all orders at Love and Sprinkles are custom made, once you have confirmed your order and paid the initial deposit, if you choose to cancel, we cannot refund your deposit. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Wholesale Terms of Agreement 

  1. What is the order minimum? NO MINNIMUM TO START! Unless specified for a special collection there is no minimum to join! 
  2. Do I have to buy pre-determined size ranges or pre-packs? No, you can order what is best for you and your store. 
  3. Are there any fees or commissions or monthly quotas?
    No commissions and no monthly quotas. You simply pay wholesale costs at the time of purchase for the products and agree to maintain at or above retail pricing.
  4. How do I place an order / reorder?
    Once you have an approved wholesale account, you can shop anytime via the login on our website by simply entering your email address and password. You will then have access to order everything that is available currently at wholesale cost.
  5. What is your shipping policy? We currently do not offer free shipping. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they leave our facility, please contact the specific carrier.  However, we will do our best to assist you, in finding the package and/or recovering damages
  6. How often do you re-stock and add new products? We restock every season so check back and look out for emails announcing our next drop!
  7. What is the Pricing Policy?  Love and Sprinkles Retailers agree to follow and maintain the Suggested Retail Pricing (MSRP) guidelines.  We have a pricing policy in place to protect the integrity of the brand to benefit you.  Retailers agree to maintain at or above retail pricing. Retailers are allowed to offer below MSRP sales for a short period of time to promote and sell certain products.
  8. Can I use photos from the website? Yes, as long as they are original and unaltered.  This includes product photos and lifestyle photos on our website.
  9. What are the branding guidelines? When selling online, on your website or via social media, the brand name, Love and Sprinkles must be listed either in the product name or description.  We send all items with a hang tag.  Removing the hang tag is acceptable, however removing the sewn tag and putting your tag in is not acceptable.
  10. Can I sell on the Internet?  You are permitted to sell the Products on websites that you own and/or operate.  Sales on or through any third-party marketplace website including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Jet, Sears Marketplace or Walmart Marketplace are not permitted. This provision will be strictly enforced.  Also, in general the following retail websites will not be approved for an account.  Group Buy-Ins, websites claiming to be a "wholesale provider".

Love and Sprinkles reserves the rights to terminate the wholesale agreement with any wholesale partner for violating any terms of this FAQ wholesale agreement.  We also reserve the rights to immediately terminate the wholesale agreement with any wholesale partner that harasses Love and Sprinkles staff, damages or reputation in person or online.

By requesting and being accepted as a wholesale partner you agree to the Wholesale Agreement terms.

Love and Sprinkles reserves the right to update and change our wholesale agreement and this agreement supersedes any previous written or verbal agreement.  This agreement was last updated on 10/11/2022.
